You really know you are in a homestay here as members of the family are always around. and there is someone who is able to answer questions in English if required. The location of the house is great, a 10-15 minute walk to the island and a short walk to the market and Auchan supermarket. The house is easy to find with the map on Booking, but not to identify as there is no name on it, as is common in the country. The rooms are a good size, containing a fridge and a table & chairs, enabling you to eat the simple breakfast in your room. There is also a kettle & the wifi is very good. The bed was very comfortable and AC is available if needed. The shared bathroom was clean and functional.

A superb home stay , with nice family in an atmospheric neighbourhood of St Louis. Ok breakfast, great WiFi.15 minutes walk across the river to the island. Merci boucou Yasin and family

Great location, good size room. I had great conversations with Nafy's husband and sons. Location near taxis, easy to walk to the old town. Breakfast was fine.

The location is excellent, the owners are very kind and helpful. I felt relaxed throughout my stay. The home is very peaceful and comfortable to stay in.
