I loved everything about it Karneisha was excellent and so was all of the staff I didn’t catch the name of the young lady at the front desk but she had a arm sling she was also a great high light of our stay. The maintenance worker was also even friendly. The entire staff really welcome my family as they would their own. Thank you and can’t wait to visit again.

Well, we got there very early in the morning and our room had been given to someone else (I tried to call twice and I emailed that we were going to be really late) but the gentleman at the front desk apologized and got us another room ASAP and it was a great room, plenty of room for me and my family to be totally comfortable and had a nice view of the city! The people during the day at the front and other staff was approachable and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool area was clean and my kids had a blast. We enjoyed most of our and mostly had a great experience.

The staff, particularly the two women serving breakfast on February 17, and 18, were very helpful and really kind. They kinda exemplified the Marriott Sprit.
