Everything was great. The apartment had everything what we needed. It was clean, great AC, comfortable bed, great balcony, was very close to the beach and the shopping mall. It had a parking spot in the garage, wash mashine and dishwasher were very helpful. Great communication with the owner via messages.

The apartment's infrastructure. Excellent size for up to 3 people. We stayed for 4 days and had washing machines and dishwashers available.The location is close to a shopping, bus stop to Nice and 600m from the train station.

Perfect location. Great for couples, beach is only a 5 minute walk away. It’s got everything you need for a longer stay. We will be back

What a beautiful apartment. Everything was very modern and spotless! I have genuinely never seen such a well equipped apartment, with every kitchen item you could possibly think of, cupboard full of cleaning materials.... the list is endless. It actually looked as if it was someone's home that they had let out for a week it was so homely. I can't praise the accommodation enough. Alix, the owner, was always available to chat with and very helpful indeed. I give Alix and her apartment a very resounding 10 out of 10. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the sandy beach/main restaurants/marina and is ideally located. We come to Saint Laurent du Var twice a year and will definitely be looking to come back to this apartment for our next trip.
