What a beautiful place and lovely welcome from our host! The chateau is totally authentic, yet also comfortable and very well placed in the serene countryside with easy access to Angers. A lovely breakfast served in beautifully decorated dinning room was the cherry on top. Highly recommend staying here, and we hope we might get to come back soon!

An absolute gem. We received a warm welcome from the hostess of beautiful Château du Rossay. She booked us a dinner reservation in a nearby crêperie as we arrived late. The room and the Château were perfect. Our daughter had her own adjoining room and we shared an ensuite bathroom. In the morning we woke up and opened the French doors to see the horses and miniature horses grazing outside. Serene and beautiful setting the countryside. Fresh juice, bread, croissants and homemade jam were provided for breakfast with limitless tea and coffee. I cannot recommend this beautiful family home highly enough. My only regret - we only booked 1 night en route to our destination.
