The fine print
A damage deposit of £500 will be taken from your credit card on arrival. The deposit will be returned 5 days after your departure once the villa has been checked by our property manager. Should any damage be reported, the cost of any repairs or replacements will be deducted.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Lovely villa on beautifully maintained estate. Approx. 1 mile walk downhill on road to beaches. We walked down each day and then took a taxi back (bds$30). Villa is well equipped and air conditioning and showers very efficient. Lounge a little dark and sofas not very comfortable but then we were never in there as out all day and terrace furniture and ambience much nicer. We had dinner twice at the clubhouse which was very nice and the pool and views from there are fantastic. Fairmont Beach Club has plenty of comfortable beds and you don't have to pay extra for them. We enjoyed our lunch there too although Jujus along the beach is great too.

This is our first time on the island but I doubt we could have had a better accommodation. The rooms are large, the space is well organised, the kitchen has all the necessities and both the property manager and the owner were very nice and helpful. On top of that the whole Sugar hill gated community has wonderful facilities and grounds. Strongly recommend this property for a lovely stay in Barbados.

5 star home from home luxury. Superb location on a very upmarket, safe and secure, private gated estate. Facilities in the property and on the estate (and off with the Fairmont beach club) top draw. The club house was perfect for gym,swim,sundowners and for dinner if you didn't fancy venturing out. Staff in particular were a credit to the establishment and made us feel so welcome. The hosts (the app) and their on-site team, continued the theme, there when needed and delivered. Would thoroughly recommend.
