The hotel location, and the overall layout are perfect for family travel. The Lakeshore view was wonderful. The staff were nice and friendly.

Very nice and clean close to the ferry terminal with free shuttle bus service, indoor and outdoor pool, great breakfast, the view was amazing too and free parking. Unlimited coffee and tee, cold water and ice machine in some parts of the hotel.

We love the location and the staff. This was our second time staying at this Best Western. They have a decent all you can eat buffet breakfast. We find Saint Ignace to be quieter, than Mackinaw City. Plus it's close to a favorite restaurant - The Gangplank. If you go, I'd recommend the ribs with the bourbon sauce.
