The food was good all was good but there was know lift and my husband struggled with the stairs

The staff were fantastic! The waiters/dining staff were exemplary, led by a gentlemen who exemplified professionalism. I could not believe how quick the turnaround was from ordering food, to it arriving on your plate. Fantastic. I want to make a special mention to a nice Irish lady on the reception. On my last day, I ordered a taxi which was significantly delayed. Noticing me still stood there waiting, she rushed out to offer to take me herself in her car down to St Helier to make my meeting. After politely refusing as I arranged alternative transport from a colleague, she offered me a coffee while I wait. What a lovely person! I've never had that level of customer service before which I will never forget. Thank you.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay there exceptional in every way - generous in service, helpful in organising taxis to and from the event I attended, warm, friendly - felt just like home, if not better!
