SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.Group Policy: The property considers a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately, the property is unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SACO Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The apartment was fantastic, has every thing you need, the size of the rooms and the quality of the furnishings are lovely, home from home, and only a short walk to the bus station and town centre

The apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was great, just a short walk from the centre of town, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the station within a few minutes' walk. Staff were friendly and the self check-in process was easy, with all of the information sent well in advance.
