Lovely traditional rural French property on a working farm/smallholding. Ideally placed for Vernon, Giverny, Paris, Rouen & the Normandy coast if you want to travel a bit further. Lacked the sleek mod cons that a lot of properties have these days, but for us, that added to the charm of it. It is quite isolated and without bikes we thought if we had stayed longer we might have felt a bit fed up having to rely on the car all the time, but for a 4 night stay it was perfect. Elizabeth was a very friendly host.

Pretty cottage in the country . Fitted perfect for us on our way to Vernon then Giverny . Would definitely recommend .

Our accommodation was excellent, clean, comfy, a little home from home. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook the local produce we had bought from the market that day. There is limited choice for eating out reasonably locally which we guessed as we were traveling out of season so had planned ahead. The place is off the main route but easy to get to and well placed for exploring the local area - our end goal was Monet's Garden.

Quiet location surrounded by countryside and forests. The house has everything you need, comfortable beds and beautiful shower but it’s the garden that sets this house apart. The garden is wonderful.
