The location was so peaceful with fantastic views. The accommodation was quirky and unique. You could walk into the town with historical buildings, information written in English. Restaurant and shops many pet friendly.

Solange met us with kindness and shared history about the property and site. The windmill was so perfect and picturesque, and so much more memorable than staying at a generic five star hotel. It was also an easy and lovely 7-minute stroll to the St Emilion town - we much preferred being a tiny bit outside than being in the middle of the crowds. We’re already planning to revisit again next year in this accommodation! Merci Solange

We had a wonderful 4 days in Saint Emilion staying in the mill. The mill is in the middle of several vineyards and a 10 minute walk to the centre. The surroundings are out of this world and Solange was the most wonderful host from suggesting specific chateaus and restaurants to bringing us to the train station and even gifting me macarons for my birthday. A truly lovely stay and lovely host.

Wow, what an amazing place. Unique experience in the middle of the vineyard. Property fab. Comfortable bed, good shower and good location to town. Really nice walks around the area.
