The location was nice. Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable. The view of the terrace is also nice but it was better from the other side's rooms. Reach out reception from car parking was also easy.

This is an excellent hotel and I would recommend to others visiting Paris. It is a short taxi journey away from CDG airport. Throughout our stay the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. I had some requests that the team were able to accommodate. The room was spacious and clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, and welcoming. Breakfast was varied, there was a combination of fruits, pastries, and some hot foods available (sausage, egg, potatoes etc.). There are two bakeries close which I really recommend. The pub/ restaurant Pizzeria Mirabella is excellent for a nice dinner, but otherwise we largely ate in Paris centre. There are some other restaurants nearby but we didn’t try these. There are some fast food places too. The hotel is located directly opposite the metro, and it is about 20 mins direct journey on the metro to city centre of Paris. The metro is affordable (€2.50 for single journey, €12 for unlimited journeys in a day). It was easy to get into Paris from the hotel.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness, decor and set up of the room. Tentin and her colleague were extremely helpful upon our arrival and check in, and gave us helpful information and answered any questions we had. Towards the end of our stay, we were a little disappointed with the service, but we did relay this feedback to Alpha at the desk during our check out. He was extremely apologetic, took the feedback on board, and advised that the issues we had would be looked into. He was also extremely friendly, answered all our tourist questions and even gave us recommendations to make travel and luggage storage easier for us, as we had a later flight.
