Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had nice balcony. Adequate breakfast with excellent pastries. Spa excellent; very nice warm indoor pool in lovely location on the roof with two openable sides

The property is nice, I think it’s a little dated to justify the price they charge. The spa facilities are average, the spa treatments are very good and stuff there are great. Disappointed that the Michelin star restaurant was closed, which meant eating in the Italian breakfast lunch and dinner if you wanted to stay at the venue.

The room we had overlooked the Lagune and was beautiful- bed was very comfortable and overall we liked it very much especially the Almandin restaurant. We didn’t have breakfast there and the outside pool wasn’t open at that point. Indoor pool area very nice.

It's a great hotel. Cozy interior. Spacious modern rooms. Excellent breakfasts. In a word - Maximum comfortable stay.
