Opening hours of the reception: Monday to Thursday from 13:00 to 21:00. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: from 17:00 to 20:00.For an arrival outside opening hours contact us in advance.You can enjoy lunch or dinner at the restaurant.It is highly recommended to make a reservation.The restaurant is open all the time except on Mondays and Saturdays for lunch and on Sundays, all day.Please note the Restaurant will be closed from Dec 21st 2024 to January, 5th 2025 included.For reservations for more than 5 rooms or for more than 10 people please contact Jura Hôtel at [email protected]. No elevator and No air conditioning.A secured garage is available upon prior reservation and for a EUR 9 fee. The standard rooms face the street, the superior rooms have a view of the mountain and the city.For any group booking of more than 4 rooms and/or 10 people, please contact us at [email protected]. A prepayment will be required, and the reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The view over the valley and city is spectacular - we were clearly lucky to get a room on that side of the hotel. Food and wines are excellent. Staff delightful. Plenty of free car parking nearby.

Short stay in St Claude, hotel located above the city by the station. We paid extra for a room overlooking the mountains - a very good choice. Dinner was good with a choice of starter, main and desert, wine choice was good as well. Comfortable room, no coffee/tea making facilities in room. Staff were very pleasant.
