A gem of a hotel. Lovely rooms and a fabulous pool. However, it is the joy of Frédérik BIZAT’s superb Michelin 1 star cuisine that brings us back here when we travel through France. His wife is also wonderful at running the hotel and restaurant. Great staff too! Our fourth visit over 7 years and always a holiday highlight.

Everything about the property was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very good, including a very comfortable bed. The food in the Informel restaurant was of a very high standard with wine at sensible prices. The breakfast was also very good. The grounds are beautiful and very well tended. We shall be definately returning again

Amazing food, warm friendly service and vast Cere is a great town. Would like to revisit in the warmer months for hiking and water activities.
