It was really great ! Very clean and close to town in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen was great and the bathrooms couldn't be better !!

Super house! Extremely clean and well equiped. The location is really excellent within walking distance of downtown St Augustine.

This place is fantastic. Matt has done a great job. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location 15 mins walk into the centre. The parking space is shaded. It's great to get into a cool car on a hot day. Would highly recommend this place and host. Thanks again, Matt.

Thank you very much for a wonderful house. Very beautiful, modern and comfortable furnishings in the house, comfortable beds and a sofa. Excellent kitchen and all appliances. The location of the house is very convenient, very close to the historical center of the city and close to the beach. We will recommend your house for vacation to our friends.
