Excellent location with free parking Characterful property We had a room with balcony which was nice to relax on, also comfortable outside area where we enjoyed happy hour. Room was v clean however the furniture & table on balcony was v dusty. No choice at breakfast, we were served eggs Benedict but no other items. We were able to check in early which was appreciated. Saw v little of any staff.

Our room was right next door to breakfast this was appreciated didn’t have to go upstairs or downstairs to carry our bags we had 4 suitcases as we were travelling for two weeks prior to coming to the Penny Farthing

Wonderful breakfast, lovely staff. The inn is located perfectly - quiet but only 200yds away from all that downtown party/shopping stuff :-)

Great ambiance and character; attention to detail and hospitality. The breakfast was delicious: staff accommodated my food sensitivities. The tree house room was like a childhood dream come true
