Smooth check in with details and video sent in advance. Clean. Comfortable. Lovely view. Good facilities. Reliable WiFi and great aircon! We parked in Cap Fleuri car park 5 min walk away as the street parking was full. Cost 48euros for our 2 night stay. Very secure. Just bear in mind as you will likely need to transport belongings. We travelled with our dog and found a dog friendly pebble beach 15 min walk away. Also easy to walk into Monaco.

The appartment is nice and spaceous, has a fantastic view of the sea and Monaco, which is like 20min walk from there. If you dont feel like walking, bus stop of line 600/601 connecting Nice and Menton is right outside the gate. It was quite silent at night, even though located on a busy street, a big plus for me. It was still quite cold so we could not use the comfy looking terrase chairs, but I can imagine how nice it would have been. There is also a bakery and a supermarket closeby.

Stunning views, spacious. Comfortable bed, air con. Quiet location but walkable into centre of Monaco within 20mins. Lovely beach within easy walking distance down the hill. Shop within 5min walk.

We loved the balcony and the view at this property. The lounge and bedroom were very comfortable. We love walking and loved the location, there is a little Casino supermarket a couple of minutes away and you can get onto the beach very quickly. The owner is excellent at staying in contact and on hand to answer any questions.
