The area is beautiful ...and then one arrives at the forest accomodation with its facinating dry stone borie in front of it....spellbinding. The bedroom plus breakfast table plus terrace is brilliantly put together, well cared for and managed. Good breakfasts, served in the room at a time of your choosing and again, at your convenience, cleared away. Our host Dr Pierre Tillement is a highly qualified and experienced practitioner of alternative therapy for the betterment of health. Destiny?? In I go into the borie for a session on the second morning and what a helpful experience it was. Not expensive by London or even UK standards. The area has more bories to visit on foot, a glorious château nearby, Puymartin, Sarlat a short distance by car and the Dordogne approximately 25minutes by car. Highly recommended.

Great location just outside of Sarlat and super peaceful setting in the middle of nature. The hosts are super helpful and nice as well :)
