The property was very clean and modern. All the utensils required were there as well as occasional seating for relaxing or watching the TV. We watched the Lionesses day of glory😁. So that enhanced the holiday - if it was possible as we were having a great comfortable holiday anyway. The bathroom is huge as these rooms go and very clean and modern yet again. You can get your car parked right at the door where there is also a table and chairs for some alfresco drinking or dining as you so choose. Very quiet location with pretty much no passing traffic. Overall, a hidden gem of a property and we would highly recommend it.

The holiday apartment in an annex to the main house, just a very short walk away from the beach (Coldingham Sands), was perfect. Everything was very welcoming, and we had everything we could wish for (even though the flat isn't all that big).
