It was suuuper cheap, at least half of what we have paid elsewhere in California for a private room for two. The was a pretty nice shared kitchen in which you can cook.

Place seemed to be secure, the one and only guest I interacted with seemed pleasant, staff on the phone also seemed pleasant, and helpful. And the place was sufficiently clean.

For this low price ok. My first whole family exp. Nice people but ear plugs for sleeping are mecessary.
