I usually always give this hotel 5 stars, as it is our family’s favorite hotel. However, this time the experience was disappointing. During check-in on February 4 at 5:00 PM, there was a very rude man at the reception desk. We had a conflict, and during it he started shouting at us раздраженно and throwing our documents on the counter. This behavior was very unprofessional and unpleasant. After we finally resolved the issue and checked in, we discovered that the jacuzzi in the room was not working properly. When we turned it on, there was a terrible smell like old pipes, and there was almost no water pressure — the pump that powers the jacuzzi was clearly malfunctioning. Recently there have also been problems with the steam sauna. It often turns off, apparently due to electrical overload. We repeatedly have to go to reception and ask the staff to check it and turn it back on. On the positive side, the swimming pool smells less of chlorine now. Breakfast and the waiters deserve five stars.

The spa was amazing! Room was great, breakfast was delicious! Location was also really good > it was quiet surroundings, 15min drive to great hiking trails. There were mountain trails even in walking distance from hotel.

Clean room and nice, relaxing spa. Beautiful area, surrounded by the forest. Very good breakfast and respectful staff! Also, comfortable, biiig bed and sparkling clean sheets.
