The location was less than 50m to the lift and end of pieste. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Evening dinner was very well prepared.

Unbeatable location for skiing, directly next to the gondola, at the bottom of the slope passing by the Goaßstal. Very friendly host and waiters. The food, both breakfast and dinner were very good. Rooms clean and functional.

The staff really make this hotel. Mark and Tanya, the owners, are lovely and all of their staff follow their example. They are just so friendly and nice, and you can tell they are happy working at the hotel. The breakfast was grand and perfectly adequate to keep us going until lunchtime. Mark's homemade ginger shot was fantastic. There was no choice with the evening meals but every meal we had was really, really good and very tasty. The hotel is not at all fancy, but it has a brilliant location, is warm, clean and very, very friendly.

We had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay for 9 days, the hotel is really well managed by a friendly and helpful team who always went above and beyond to make our stay in Hinterglemm comfortable and enjoyable. The location is amazing, central to the town and right at the bottom of the Reiterkogel lift, perfect for our snowboarding holiday! The breakfasts offered a good range of options and always set us up for a good day on the slopes, and of course the evening meals were phenomenal. I was unwell with a bit of a cold at one point and they kindly made up a thermos of hot water and teas, and send up some food to my room when I couldn't make it to dinner one night. We really appreciated all the effort Mark and Tanya and their team went to during our stay, would highly recommend! Hope to be back soon
