We had a club apartment, very calm, close to the beach with a huge terrace. The hotel has a perfect location, close to restaurants, shops and beach. The food was good, lots of selection and the quality is very correct. They offer beach towels for free, and as well safety box. The entertainment for children is excellent. Staff was absolutely wonderful(reception, housekeeping, bar, restaurants, kids club), thank you for making our stay so memorable. They really respect their logo "we care"

Great location and service all round. A very family orientated hotel. The pools were good sizes and were never felt like they were crowded. Food and drinks were good, we struggled a little with one of our children who is milk free, but they still managed to eat a fair bit! Rooms (building 9) were clean and the staff were friendly to all the family. Our flight was delayed and so we missed dinner the first night, when we checked in the staff had made us a collection of food parcels which was a nice touch, thank you!! Location is brilliant, the hotel is spread over a few plots, and you need to cross a road multiple times a day. We weren’t aware of this but it didn’t cause any problem at all.

The hotel exceeded our expectations — it was perfect for us. The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished, with new furniture and a fresh atmosphere. Housekeeping was done daily, and towels were changed every day. We stayed in building 6, right next to the beach, with immediate access — the beach was stunning. A quiet hotel with exceptional staff. We truly hope to come back at least once more. We didn’t manage to get a sea-view room, but we saw one, and the view was amazing — definitely worth the money. The restaurant was very clean, offering menus to suit all tastes, plentiful and varied every day.
