The position is ideal, right in the central square of Rzezow with shops and restaurants close-by. The staff has been extremely helpful and kind. The room was big enough and the bed comfortable.

Service was good. First day I tried several food options from their restaurant, it was amazing. On the next day it was less amazing but good, waitress justified it as they have different chefs. So chef and stuff who were working 12th Apr, you are amazing!

Breakfast is great with a good variety as compare to most EU hotels. Room was spacious. However, my room facing the inner court (restaurant) was very noisy when I opened my window because guests were sitting there chatting. Flushing system in the room was not so good too. The hotel parking area is dark and narrow. Was unable to see a clear left turn sign at the entry. Once you miss the turn, making a reverse will cause your car to knock onto their entry bar and finally you must bear the repair costs.
