The house is quite comfortable and located near the Rye back beach. My issue was with the damage deposit of $800 which was supposed to be paid on a credit card four days before I arrived. I don't have one so I tried to contact the host for help without success. Ended up paying by debit card which was accepted. I found that experience a bit nerve wracking and checked the house for any possible damage on arrival. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

Lovely property and good location as a short walk to a good cafe and surf beach. Could have been cleaner but we generally really liked it.

Great location close meander to no. 16 ocean beach. Lovely garden, sunny deck and firepit. Plenty of comfy seating in living area for our group of friends. Comfy bunks & bedding. Also liked how a group of 6 friends didn't need to share beds! Key lockbox makes arrival very easy.
