Location is great, few minutes walk from Rye Station. Very impressive and cool as you walk up to the property. Room was big and comfortable. Nice selection of freshly made breakfast every morning, very good. Lovely place to stay. Owner and his wife were super friendly and helpful..excellent find.

Hosts were very welcoming and helpful - stored our bags before check-in and after check-out, gave us lots of tips on the local area and generally just really friendly :) Breakfast was great, good selection and prepared to order. Bedroom was clean and tidy, stocked with essentials like teas, coffees and biscuits. There's also a communal area for when you don't want to sit in your room. Location was perfect, very short walk from shops and restaurants. Great value for money. Would love to come back.

Excellent location, walking distance of Rye centre, but tucked away quiet comfy room with big walk-in shower. Parking space. Excellent breakfast. Toby was a charming host who marked on a local map great recommendations for eating & drinking when walking round the town. Happy to recommend & would stay again.
