Beautiful historic building with very cosy and comfortable rooms. It’s a short walk into Rye as well as Rye station and Rye nature reserve. By far the best part of this BnB is the hosting and incredible breakfasts. Genuinely five star breakfasts that included fresh local products. Couldn’t recommend more!

The owners were very friendly and helpful, letting us leave our cases with them before and after our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a a good range of options. The room was very quiet and comfortable with an excellent en suite shower. The b and b was only a short walk from the train station.
