Spacious and clean. Lots of things for the kids to do. Pool, hot tub, board games and 8 ball. Everything works as it should.

A lovely holiday house in a great location, the pool and spa were perfect for summer days. The house had other facilities very suitable for big groups too. We were able to cook a few meals and then enjoy them as a group on the massive first floor balcony. The host was great with their communication and responsiveness. I would definitely stay here again when we're back down in Rye!

Lovely and spacious. Jane was great to deal with. We were their for a family Wedding so great for 5 couples. Great to have a pool, spa and pool table also
