We liked everything! The heating wasn't working when we arrived but the owners had it fixed quickly. Very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is really well equipped. Bathrooms were toasty warm and ducted heating throughout the whole house made for a comfortable winter stay. Plenty of space for a large family. Cupboard of games and some balls for kids. Big tv and dining table, massive lounge area. Home away from home.

The location was absolutely great as Rye is located centrally for getting around the Mornington Peninsula (so long as you have a vehicle). Off street parking is a real bonus. The property was clean and tidy and exactly as we expected. The property owners were very good with their communication on all aspects of our stay.
