Loved it by the river and the canoe. The out house was so pretty. The whole place was quirky and quaint.

A stones throw away from the beach quite literally. We also liked the river access for a spot of kayaking. The bedroom in the outhouse was a perfect quiet getaway from the kids. Very quiet location with sounds of running water. Well-stocked kitchen with inside and alfresco dining. The bathroom is exceptional. Wifi and Netflix were a hit with the kids.

Truly exceptional! We had an amazing stay! Eventhough the weather was bad, it didn't stop us to enjoy canoeing. The place was so clean with a touch of some work of arts. We had a goodnight sleep coz our bed was so comfy. In the evening, we had bonfire in the lawn area whilst playing music and telling stories which kids love. And of course, very accessible to Camber Sands Beach. I highly recommend and love to come back again.
