We chose this property as is easy to access Camber Sands where we spent the day. The room was comfortable (whoopie) at the top of the house; although the bath was slightly small. Even though the day was very hot the fan was very good and kept the room cool. Best of all was the breakfast which was exceptional infinitely better than other establishments we have stayed at in Rye, most notably a hotel over the road. A final note to say that the staff were lovely.

The location was excellent. Right in middle of town and close to all cafes, pubs and restaurants

Beautiful old property on the High Street of this historic town. Lovely room (Roly Poly) with beautiful views, tasty breakfast. Friendly staff.
