It is the largest room in the bed & breakfast and features a king size modern four poster bed, lounge seating area, Nespresso® machine and tea making facilities, Smart TV and a large bathroom with roll top bath. This room does not have a shower.

This room known as Crumpet, is set in the eaves of the building on the second floor. It features a king size bed, lounge seating area, Nespresso® machine and tea making facilities, Smart TV and a large en suite with roll top bath. This room does not have a shower. The sofa bed is available upon request as an additional extra of £65 per stay.

This room know as Whoopie is set in the eaves of the building on the second floor. It features a king size bed, separate lounge seating area, Nespresso® machine and tea making facilities, Smart TV and an en suite with bath. The bath is situated within the room, with only a privacy screen. The sofa bed is available upon request as an additional extra of £65 per stay.

This room known as Roly Poly is set to the back of the building with views over the Rye Roof Tops. It features a king size modern four poster bed, lounge seating area, Nespresso® machine and tea making facilities, Smart TV and an en suite with shower. A lovely little hotel above a bakery - great to wake up to the smell of baking! Perfect location in the centre of town, and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty and check in/out was a smooth process.

Excellent location in the centre of Rye, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. Room was spacious with all the facilities we needed, very comfortable bed and minimal noise during the night. We had a very good nights sleep.
