Sue was very friendly and very detailed, house was super clean, she left some snacks for us, some chocolates, bottled water, fruit, breakfast. Very quiet place, without any noise. I definitely recommend it, and I'd definitely come back!

The attention to detail was incredible. I very briefly mentioned to that this was a birthday trip for my friend and Sue went above an beyond to make the property special and homely - balloons, a card and banners!!! Thank you so much! It made our trip to Rye even more special and we will be recommending to family and friends

Spacious, clean and provided every convenience. Lots of unexpected little extras. Nice hot shower. Comfortable bed. Basics provided - milk, bread & fruit plus some treats like chocolate, crisps and biscuits. Dog friendly.

Very well equipped, wonderful welcome from Sue the owner, little box of goodies on the kitchen table, thoughtful extras, very clean and quiet.
