We were upgraded to a lovely room with great facilities and view. Nice little seating area, proper full size bath not just shower. Breakfast was amazing and included and bar had a happy hour.

Location is ideal for exploring lovely town of Rye and our room (#23) on the second floor was spacious with a bathroom of decent size. A radio in the room made a pleasant difference to our stay. Bed was comfy and quite large for a double (two single together but felt comfortable) and very quiet at night. Good breakfast was included. Many thanks for the staff member who checked us in and then worked at the breakfast as well - hospitality and friendliness much appreciated.
