The property was beautiful and exactly like the photos. It was clean beautifully decorated tasteful decor and comfortable. It was the best self-contained accommodation we have stayed in for many many years. Thank you so much. Ruth and John .

A lovely studio apartment with nearly everything you need for a 4 night stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Sofa was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Had a lovely big bathroom. Really a lovely place to stay. About half an hour walk into Rye on a tree lined path.

Easily accessed, back from the road location, heating system easy to work and worked v well, clean, smart accommodation, loads of hot water available, 13 mins walk into town. Spacious. Comfy bed. Bright, airy feel. As a single female traveller I felt safe in this accommodation.
