The accommodation was so comfy, really well presented and just right for our stay. We wanted self-catering in a peaceful location. It was easy to access the local footpaths and to get into Rye.

Buttercup is just inside the town boundary of Rye, so it's a fair walk into town (30 mins). But the location itself is very nice, and wonderfully quiet. The rooms are very well-appointed, and we really enjoyed staying here.

The property was pretty much brand new with a high spec of everything. Was great. We cooked breakfast most days, all the utensil we needed were there. There was an outdoor seating area which was in the sun all day. The whole place was felt secluded and private.

Lovely location short walk downhill into town. Welcomed little hamper on arrival. Most relaxing stay.
