Brilliant location and only a couple of minutes walk to the car park which was very cheap. We really enjoyed Rye and enjoyed our stay in the accommodation. There is nothing I would change.

Amazing location, lovely studio that was well kitted out. Very good use of space, had all you could want in terms of amenities. Lovely big bathroom and shower with hot water always available. Super soft and comfy bed and bedding, and fan was a life saver! Very helpful and attentive host, always responded quickly to queries and had the best tips for parking. Beach toys left for guests should they venture to Camber Sands or Winchelsea beach was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.
