Great location which gave you easy access to the town within walking distance. Having an outdoor seating area was very good but having a parking place was great.

Such a lovely welcoming house in a very convenient position in historic Rye. Lamb House(N.T) was very interesting. Great Dixter house and beautiful gardens is only a short drive away.
