Comfortable apartment by the river with lots of bird life by the water (binoculars in the apartment will come in handy for the bird lovers ) we loved seeing a seagull and its chick that come to the area regularly . We saw the neighbour most days who was lovely and friendly too. A perfect base to discover Rye, Dungeness,Hastings and more.

Great location with view of water from balcony and quiet yet close to town to walk to all amenities. The kitchen was well equipped to self cater and the bed comfortable. Plenty of living and storage space for a week.

Comfortable flat in nice relaxing location. Scenic,quiet with nice neighbours. Easy access to the town. Good facilities in the flat.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable, pillows were great too. Loved the fact there were USB ports everywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and a lovely welcome package. The view was great, shame about the weather, oh well. The whole place was fantastic and we enjoyed ourselves.
