Clean and friendly staff. On phone and in person. The young cleaning lady (Asian) seemed very diligent in her work. I observed her at reception while having a coffee and to my joy, it was her who cleaned my room too. No wonder it was clean, neat and tidy.

Great location across from a shopping centre and close to Sydney Olympic Park. Cheap undercover secure car parking also.

Great location! Mall is just across the road and lots of places to eat. The staff was amazing accommodating our request for parking. Someone took my allocated spot but the staff handled it professionally. Travelled with my sister for a concert and we felt safe staying there. There’s free coffee and free fruits at the lobby. Receptionist is there 24/7.
