Lovely flat for 2 with comfort and style. Location good, with clear instructions. Just off the beaten track but with local shops and takeaways. Short walk to the beach, easy access to public transport. Excellent shower in the bathroom, comfy bed.

A pretty flat, although the colour scheme is more Burgundy bourgeois than English seaside. Very clean, more than adequate kitchen equipment for self-catering, nice shower room, good water pressure, comfortable living room furniture. Good location, very near Appley Beach and close to the foot ferries and town centre. Some nice pubs in close walking distance. A quiet location with a bit of life to the area - I loved it.

Quite street off centre of Ryde with easy walking distance of sea front. Kitchen area was compact with a full battery of utensils, crockery and glasses. Excellent range of new Hotpoint appliances fridge/ freezer, oven/hob/ extractor, dishwasher and washing machine, perfect. Fantastic bathroom easy to access with nice towels and like all of flat comfortably warm. Two nice locals pubs within strolling distance.

Beautifully prepared, spotlessly clean, well equipped, sympathetic and stylish renovation we absolutely loved it. As a landlord myself I know what it takes to reach this standard and I applaud the owner . We are planning more hiking next year and this will be my first choice.
