Flat is nice and clean, near to all restaurants and basic daily utilities. House has most of the utensils so person can cook at home as well. This was my second stay in same building and hospitality provided by Deven is superb.

It was accessible to shops and public transport. Good for the price. The house was spacious, presentable and complete with kitchen utensils. All rooms has its own TV.
