- The owner. Not only she didn't make any problem for us to come late, but she left us the key in some secret place ;) She is very kind, talkative and curious. She speaks English, Spanish and French very well! - The view from the room over the vineyards ... Wow, just wow. - The geographical situation: between the vineyards and with an (almost) personal church nearby! Moreover, border freaks can cross the border at will (just 1,2 km away, around 10min. walk and even less by bike). You can try wine both in the Italian side and the Slovenian side. - The breakfast: you can have a continental one or a more "local" one. We took the "local" one and we didn't regret it!

Beautiful place, the room is nice, new and clean, breakfast was good, the view of the balcony was amazing. The owner is very friendly and nice. Simply perfect.
