Excellent location. Very friendly staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable.the shared kitchen and bathroom were of exceptional quality.

The welcome was very friendly, and the room was large and pleasant with additional facilities we were able to use, such as the kitchen/ dining area and very comfortable lounge, all in a private annexe accessed via the car park rather than the pub.

Comfortable room with ample closet/storage, big TV set, and well appointed with pleasing furnishings to suit the building's character, and light switches which are always within arm's reach. Although we had a kettle in the room, we had a shared kitchen which is probably better appointed and spacious than most people enjoy at home. In summer months, the patio outside the kitchen adds more options to "roam" beyond one's room.
