Whole place was incredibly clean. Area is quiet, has several amenities that made our stay pleasant and good restaurants nearby. Approximately 15-minute walk to Europa Park entrance with kids. Frau Kempf is very personable and helpful despite language barrier. A nice touch is that there were printed instructions on how to use the coffee machine.

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, and everything you might need, which makes it perfect for families. The service was excellent, the staff were always available and helpful. Europa-Park is just about a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
