Great location, right bang in the middle of the where the main attractions are. The owner, Jupiter, is a great guy! Warm hospitality and good sense of humour. The room is comfortable and quiet. Good value for money.

The location was excellent and the room was very reasonably priced. I had a lovely view from my room. The room was clean and had all amenities for a comfortable stay! The owner was exceptionally helpful and I was able to rent a bicycle for the day and he had a lot of knowledge of the area. Their little restaurant did a very nice breakfast!

The property owner, Mr.Lilamani Sharma/Jupiter, and his family and staff were wonderful. They were very generous sharing information and offering support and helping guests (us and others) during our 4 day stay. He also openly said himself that they are providing service to the community to help their Dhamma pilgrimage at Lumbini - it is not a 5 star facility, nor is this a place for luxury. They are environmental conscious, in trying to reduce plastic use and using solar power for heating water. These also mean that sometimes we may not get hot water, like in the night or early morning, or it may be just warm. The folks help us understand how to keep the mosquitoes out of the room, and gave us incense stick to deal with the ones that do find their way in somehow - but beware some mosquitoes could still be troubling for sensitive people. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for a stay.

The location is good, very close to Maya Devi temple and the tourist bus stop. The stuff is friendly and helpful. If you want to sleep well, pack some mosquito spray !
