The bed was super comfortable, the shower was great, generous and varied breakfast, staff were cheerful and helpful and assisted us with arranging our onward travel.

I needed a place to sleep after arriving from Lumbini, and Dream International Hotel was perfect for that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the food was really good. Everything was simple, convenient, and exactly what I needed after a long journey. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stopover.

I spent one night here as I got a very good deal on booking dot com. Considering the price I paid for my room, this was a fantastic deal. I feel like this was the best hotel experience I had in a very long time, or best ever. It was very well staffed - everywhere I went there was a team member making sure that I was comfortable, and asked if I needed anything. Their attention and care for my comfort was exceptional. Most of them spoke good English, some a bit less, but all of them had and amazing attitude. Reception and bar/restaurant were open 24h. Reception answered all my phone calls promptly, were super helpful about all requests. They helped me to locate places to eat, shops and services e.g. barber shop. Everything in my room was perfect, except for two minor things that could be improved - I mentioned it to the reception staff, who accepted my comments respectfully and were thankful for my observations. They took a note of my comments on their feedback form. I stayed in the reception for a few hours after check - out and the staff looked after me, talked quite a lot and were super welcoming. They helped me to make some phone calls, arranging taxi etc. The same owner also operates a resort nearby (Dreamland Gold Resort & Hotel) so I suspect the same or similar level of service can be experienced there. There is a food delivery service around the corner that is open until 3 AM I will happily visit again. Other hotel teams could learn from them here how to professionally look after guests. Thanks a lot!
