We spent a week in the apartment in January. For 6 persons there was more than enough space. The weather was wonderful, with warm, sunny days and cooler nights so we needed the heating in the night hours. The location was ideal for us as our main activity was held in Sant Cugat, and we had a rented car for the trips. It was surprisingly good to visit Barcelona in January, absolutely recommended! There are many options to get to Barcelona city centre in 25-30mins, and there’s a private, closed parking space in the garage under the house. The main road is close to the flat, but using the shutters on the windows filters the noise out sufficiently. There are plenty shopping options (Esclat, Lidl) in walking distance to make your own food in the fully equipped kitchen. The whole apartment is equipped with modern appliances, we only had issues with the boiler, but the landlord was responsive and helpful answering any questions and solving the issue. There’s a nice terrace to dry the clothes or having your breakfast and watching the sun rising. Everything was clean and tidy. Recommended, very good price/value accommodation.
