Everything was online. We didn't see anybody of personel except cleaning lady one morning.

Very clean, beautiful place, safe to stay in and safe for car, there is a big shop very close and also a restaurant right next to it, a tram station nearby is 5 mins on foot and it takes you directly to center of Milan for 2 euros (it is better to take public transport rather than go with the car as Milan is unsafe with leaving your car around), the hosts are very kind and helpful, check in and all instructions is very simple and if any problem occurs (like for us it was that our code didn’t work at first) assistance is happy and quick to help. Perfect stay
