An excellent position of the property amidst the nature and very pleasant hosts. Even the rooms were big enough and had enough storages.

Our 2 bedroom cottage was brilliantly situated just a few minutes from Roy Bridge station which was very welcome after our train journey from Glasgow. This was also handy for our trips to Corrour and Arisaig. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay including tea, coffee and milk and even some condiments we had enquired about. We didn’t use the tv but enjoyed playing Othello and card games. The large windows looked out onto woodland where we were treated to daily visits from local wildlife including rabbits, red squirrels and deer. The beds were really comfy and we slept better than at home despite the unusual quietness. As well as being close to local trains and buses (direct to Fort William for provisions, Nevis Centre for cable cars and walking, Spean Bridge for the Commander Memorial and Old Station restaurant)and a lovely circular walk, there was the Stronlossit Inn just a short walk away - perfect for drinks in the evening sun or a decent enough pub style meal. David and Beverley topped it all off by bring fantastic friendly hosts with loads of knowledge about the area and handy information including maps for trips we could make without a car.
