Full payment for all bookings will be charged at the time of booking. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, excluding American Express.All bookings will include a temporary membership fee per person per night. Full existing members of Hostelling Scotland and HI using these channels are not entitled to a membership refund.Individual reservations up to 9 people can be cancelled free of charge until 3 days before the arrival date. If cancelled within the 3 days before the arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.When booking for 10 people or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For stays of more than 8 weeks (57 days or more) 20% of total cost, for stays of 8–4 weeks (56–29 days) 55% of total cost, and for stays of 4–0 weeks (28–0 day) 100% of total cost.Should guests be entitled to a refund or partial refund, please note that these are processed by Hostelling Scotland National Office, Stirling. It may take 7 to 10 working days from the date of the cancellation request for the refund to be processed back onto the original card used.Please note that guests aged 12–15 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories without a parent or guardian of the same gender.Please note that guests under 12 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories and must book a private room.Guests travelling with children must inform the property at the time of booking.Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in.For stays of more than one night, access during the day is available after check-in using a security code at reception. The main lounge is accessible to new arrivals prior to check-in.The property's reception opening hours are from 08:00 to 10:00, and from 16:00 to 22:00.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

Its directly on the West Highland Way which influenced my choice. I know from previous stays that it is clean, warm, dry and has good facilities. This continues to be the case.

Location and facilities. Dinner was limited to but was adequate, breakfast was better. Great packed lunch!
